-Do you ship worldwide ? 
 
Yes, we ship worldwide. 
We also offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. 
-Will my items be sent in one package?
 
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. 
 Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please email support at support@vozory.com and we will do our best to help you out.
-When will you ship my items?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
-When will my order arrive? 
 
Normaly the delivery time is between 10 to 25 DAYS.
Note: The length of time in which you receive your order will depend on many factors such as the shipping method as well as the location of the shipping address.
 
Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order.
 
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. 
-How do I track my order? 
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. You can track your order here.
-Do you accept returns?
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved 
We accept returns if it meets the following conditions: 

-The item is from our online store, with proof of purchase 
-The item has no damages and is not used in any way 
-The request for a return must be sent within 30 days of delivery

-Can i change my order ?
 You can only request a change of order if it has not gone through shipping yet. If your order status is preparing for shipping, shipping, or delivered, we cannot accommodate any change to your item/s. To change your order, reach out to our support team and email support@vozory.com.
-Can i cancel my order ?
 
Once you place an order with VOZORY and your payment is received, our fulfillment center is automatically notified. We are only able to cancel your order if the fulfillment center has not yet processed and shipped your product to the listed address. If your order has already been shipped, then VOZORY will be unable to cancel your order. But once you received your order and you wish to return it, please fill out a RETURNS Form and follow the Refund Policy.
